Full-Time Restaurant Back-of-House Chef/Baker/Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all production of breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and drinks:
* create flavorful and popular menus
* define and document efficient cooking procedures, portion and presentation standards, and quality-control policies
* cost-effectively utilize organic, seasonal, and local ingredients -- as well as produce grown on site
* plan and prepare bulk production of sauces, food, and pastries
* preserve ingredients by freezing, canning, and drying
* ensure the sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in cooler, and storage areas
* demonstrate the proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
* supervise catering operations
* inspect the quantity and quality of deliveries
* schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Ensure restaurant operations are profitable:
* provide appealing, consistent restaurant service
* create attractive displays and ambiance
* attract patrons by implementing advertising programs
* market catering and function-hosting services to local businesses
* prepare an annual expense budget and set revenue goals
* keep records to the bookkeeper's specifications
* calculate and predict food costs, sales, and profits -- adjusting menus and prices accordingly
* control purchases and inventory -- negotiating prices and developing preferred suppliers
* minimize spoilage, theft, etc.
* secure and reconcile daily receipts
* identify trends and recommend system improvements
* develop strategies to increase average meal checks
* maintain sanitation and safety regulatory compliance
* train and supervise the performance of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
* maintain morale and ensure the retention of the best-performing employees

QUALIFICATIONS
* restaurant production experience, a discerning palate, and a passion for food
* restaurant administrative experience
* computer and record-keeping/accounting experience
* skills in time management, organization, and quality control
* skills in leadership, initiative, creativity, adaptability, empathy, integrity, and self-development
* professionalism, patience, and clarity in verbal and written communication
* capacity for duties which may sometimes be physically and mentally demanding
* availability some weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and/or holidays

We offer the best gutter guard system on the market to our customers.  We are now looking for a Lead Sales Person to help our company grow even more.

Job Description:
Once an appointment is scheduled it will be your duty to meet with the potential customer. All of our sales are projected to the consumer at their residence or business.

Once the meeting takes place it will be the Sales Representatives task to go over all of the products we carry and present to them our product videos. Listen to the consumer needs and take measurements as necessary.

You must be able to:
--Develop and maintain a customer database
--Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
--Make sales calls to new and existing clients
--Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
--Negotiate with clients
--Develop sales proposals
--Present sales contracts
--Conduct product training

Requirements:
•Strong communication skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Conduct sales presentations in the home and accurately measure and price product.
•Ability to manage expectations, both internally and externally with customers
•Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with a wide range of people
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

We are looking for someone that lives in the Metro Area. You will be emailed a daily schedule.

Pay:
Ability to make up to 60k+ Annually.

Experience:
