Ellsworth Farmer's Market
The Farmer's Market is held Tuesdays from 3-6:30 pm at East End Park, June 26-September 25, 2012. All vendors selling in or around the park grounds must register with the Chamber of Commerce.
Vendor Opportunities 1) Producers. $10/time or $70 for the season.
2) Arts & Crafts. Vendors with handmade, non-produce items may feature their products at a cost of $10/time or $70 for the season (not including September 11). 3) Businesses. Chamber Members may offer a display of products or services at no charge. Non-Member Local Businesses (both home-based and storefront) will be allowed at the discretion of the Market Manager at a cost of $20/time (not including September 11). 4) Organizations. Non-profit organizations may offer a display; no cost for Chamber Members, $5/time or $35/season for Non-Members (not including September 11). Ellsworth Farmer's Market Producers may offer any of the following: Vegetables Fruit Flowers & Plants Baked Goods Beverages Meat & Eggs Canned Goods We will not allow a vendor to monopolize a product -- all local produce will be allowed. It is at the Market Manager's discretion to determine if a vendor is not allowed at the Market; reasons may include non-payment, behavior on-premises, non-residence in the Ellsworth area, or anything determined by the Manager to be negative for the Market. PLEASE NOTE: On Tuesday, September 11, from 3 pm-dusk, the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce hosts the Under the Harvest Moon Celebration. While Produce vendors will be allowed to participate under the regular Market Guidelines, all Businesses, Organizations and Arts & Crafts vendors will be required to submit a separate application and pay the appropriate fee ($25 for Members and $50 for Non-Members). |
Market ApplicationPlease download our 2012 Ellsworth Farmer's Market & return with payment by June 8, 2012. All vendors must have a completed application on file and all fees must be paid in order to participate.
